Drs. Ray and Vicki Waters have been married for over 36 years and are the first ones to say that they were two imperfect people joined together by God.  In 2013, they founded H.E.A.L.T.H. & W.E.A.L.T.H., a ministry birthed from the joy, pain, and valuable lessons learned through marriage.  It focuses on married couples who also want to have strong and fulfilling marriages.   When the ministry began, the meetings were held every third Saturday at their home church of Lighthouse Christian Center in Highland Springs, Virginia.  While the number attending in the early days was small, the Waters were not discouraged by the small crowd.  They faithfully continued to press on knowing that greatness was to come.   Since then, God has increased the number in attendance at the meetings exponentially!  Using their dynamic, transparent, and engaging style, Drs. Ray and Vicki Waters have counseled and married many couples, and have ministered at several conferences, workshops, and seminars on such teachings as His Role/Her Role, Helpee/Helper, The Triangle, Between the Sheets , and Add Ons .  They have had their own  show on Comcast Cable, have been featured on The Sharvette Mitchell Radio Show , and are currently writing a book. You will certainly be blessed by the unique blend of the teaching of the word of God and the humor that Drs. Ray and Vicki Waters use to deliver it.  They believe this is the bridge that allows them to effectively reach those couples who want a deeper, more intimate relationship with each other, while also seeking a deeper, more intimate relationship with God.   Drs. Ray and Vicki Waters are blessed to have two adult children and three grandchildren.
