Dr.Vicki Waters is the founder of Rockin The Wife Life. She is an ordained minister of the Gospel and along with her husband, Dr. Ray Waters, are the founders of H.E.A.L.T.H. & W.E.A.L.T.H. (Husbands Enjoying and Loving Their Helper) & (Wives Enjoying and Loving Their Husband) Ministry.

Together, they host Marriage Moments via Facebook Live every Sunday morning at 8 a.m. est. Dr.Vicki also facilitates a Rockin the Wife Life conference call on Thursday nightS at 8 p.m. est.

Dr. Vicki believes that wives should fully embrace the honor of being a H.E.L.P.E.R.  They should Honor, Encourage, Love, Pray for, Enjoy and Respect their husbands.
